 Which raquet is right for me? I play regional and state level now and am having trouble with my past 2 racquet's and the 1 i am using now. I have used the wilson n code, babolat reflex 102 and am now using the babolat pure drive. I like to stay at the baseline and aim for the corners of the court but i carnt get the accuracy. I also put some top spin. Although when i am at the net i either hit it for a winner of in the net ot wide. i am thinking to use the xl8 or which ever one federer is useing. If the raquet is flat on the ground i pick it up as it is. That is my grip. Its a bit different to other people. Well, if you enjoy playing from the baseline and hit the ball hard, then the Babolat Pure Drive sounds like an ideal fit for you. But, since you are looking for a racquet with alot more accuracy that can also sustain baseline rallies, I would suggest going with the K Six One Tour 90 or the newer version of the BLX Six One Tour 90. These racquets are the racquet choice of Roger Federer. This racquet is uch heavier than the Pure Drive so I would recommend demoing the racquets you are interested in prior to purchasing them! The K90 and BLX 90 are both wonderful racquets and can help improve your game greatly if you stay focused and determined to getting to understand and feel the essence of the racquet. Good luck! |
