String Tension for Babolat Pure Drive Roddick GT Plus?
Hey guys,
For my strings on my racquet I'm going to get 16 Pro Hurricane Tour in the mains and 16 technifibre x-one biphase in the crosses. What tension should I string them at? I heard that I should string the bi-phase quite high because it is a soft string. But, I also heard that the mains should be strung higher than the crosses as a general rule on tennis warehouse. I don't want to string them so high that I don't get any power. What tension should I string them at? I'm a high 3.5 NTRP baseliner with some control and power. Thanks
At what should I string the x-1 biphase? I'm thinking maybe 60 and then 58 on the Pro Hurricane Tours? I'm not sure though. Please recomend tension
Hi! believe it or not, we have the same racket and the same string. for me I went with the recommended string tension at 58. and so far I love it. I recommend going with 58, which is the middle tension and adjusting it as you play with it. if its too powerful, then increase string tension. If its too stiff and has no power then decrease the tension.
