I am looking to get mostly control and a little power out of the strings. Is this setup a good hybrid? I haven't actually had them strung yet. So what do you think?
I have not tried RPM Blast yet. From the other reviewers, it had mixed feelings. It's a control oriented with not much power. We all know VS Touch is one of the best so that would not go wrong. But your hybrid is about $40 and won't last very long. The RPM will saw through the VS Touch. You probably won't get over 5/6 hours out of it. Does Babolat sponsor you? If not perhaps you should look for something more durable/economical. I always recommend Topspin hybrid with any good Syn gut like Gosen micro 16. It's about 1/10 of the cost and easily last over 10 hours. So your cost will be 1/20 if you do you own stringing.
